THE AUTHOR

Osajibenedict was born in Nigeria in 1994. She is from Obosi, in Anambra State, but grew up in the rural area of Lagos state, where she attended primary and secondary schools. Her short story during an estate competition in 2007 won her a scholarship to South Africa which she couldn’t follow up on. She was a Cenacle Theatre member at Madonna University where she studied Political Science for the 2013–2017 academic year. She won the Writer of The Year for her work and contribution to the Organized Press Crew. Dear Naija Girl is her first novel. She is a media professional, with over 8 years in the industry. Her major focus is Writing and Content Strategy.

She lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
